Alberto Webster is the founder & CEO at Webster & Co Real Estate.

Alberto began his career in real estate at 18 years old within a local agency on the Costa del Sol and, by 21, was appointed director of the same company. He later moved to Marbella, where he invested in and launched a new real estate branch on the Golden Mile under an interior design company. At just 24, he was featured in Essential Magazine as the youngest CEO in Marbella’s real estate sector.

At 26, Alberto sold his shares and founded Webster & Co Real Estate together with his fiancée, Lora Pavlova, creating a company that reflects their shared values, ambition, and long-term vision. While representing a new generation of leadership, Alberto firmly believes in old-school business principles , like integrity, discipline, accountability, and long-term relationships.

Alongside real estate, Alberto has founded and successfully sold two other companies, including a construction company. This entrepreneurial background provides him with a strong understanding of how investors and high-net-worth individuals evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and build long-term value. At the same time, being born in Marbella gives him a genuine local perspective and a deep understanding of how lifestyle, location, and personal preferences influence real estate decisions for end users.

Real estate is part of Alberto’s legacy. His late father dedicated over 30 years to the industry, and although he later faced a personal financial crisis that led him to close his company and retire in 2016, his journey left a lasting impact. In his honor, Alberto gave the company his family name and is committed to building the leading real estate brand on the Costa del Sol.
