Where is Guadalmina?

This residential area is located to the west of Marbella, between San Pedro Alcántara and the municipality of Estepona, next to the Guadalmina River. The area is made up of two neighbourhoods: Guadalmina Baja, which is located to the south of the motorway and extends down to the beach, and Guadalmina Alta, located to the north of the motorway and extending almost as far as Benahavís.

In the lower part, there are large villas that enjoy the privilege of being close to the beach, which gives them a Mediterranean atmosphere and pleasant temperatures almost all year round.

On the other hand, Guadalmina Alta is ideal for those seeking more privacy. Newly built or recently renovated villas predominate here, as well as various flat developments.
